Change Manager Opportunity

Stratospherec Limited is seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join its agile, multidisciplinary team. As a Change Manager, you will collaborate with the company's in-house IT teams, operational teams, and third-party suppliers on various projects and initiatives, ranging from the introduction of new technology and functionality to streamlining current processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver change projects for the company, working with the Head of Change and key internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Scope, shape, and confirm business requirements, produce User Stories, and support documentation.
  • Manage delivery within Waterfall and Agile frameworks, complete and manage systems testing, and undertake user acceptance testing where required.
  • Produce plans, track deadlines, deliverables/timelines, lead meetings, and provide updates.
  • Build and manage successful relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience of managing projects and products using both Agile and Waterfall principles and methodologies, ideally alongside an agile multidisciplinary IT team.
  • Skilled at translating complex business information into actionable documentation.
  • Relationship building (internal & external).
  • MS skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
