At Spicerhaart, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales teams.

What You Need to Bring to the Table
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success in an administrative role, preferably in the estate agency or residential lettings sector. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a reputation for delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Branch Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Ensuring the smooth running of the branch, including administrative tasks and data entry
- Supporting our sales teams with home sales and liaising with relevant parties
- Managing social media channels and creating engaging content
