As a Learning Support Assistant at Exeter College, you will play a vital role in supporting students with specific disabilities or learning needs. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide individualized support and enable students to access educational opportunities.
Responsibilities- Assist students with disabilities or learning needs in a variety of settings
- Develop and implement personalized support plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of G.C.S.E.s in Maths and English (Grade 4 or C)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
