Facilities Management Director

We are looking for a qualified HSQE Manager to join our team at Fusion People Ltd. As an experienced professional in the field of health, safety, and quality management, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of risk within our organisation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in H&S, ideally with a formal qualification such as NEBOSH General certificate or similar. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to manage others effectively.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing the company management system to ensure effective risk management
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure correct risk management practices
- Educating, training, and mentoring operational teams to adhere to company standards
The estimated salary for this role is around £47,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance and benefits package.
