Job Description


The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Cleaning Operations Manager, with a proven track record of managing large and diverse teams across a region. This is a hands-on management position that requires a drive to lead from the front and work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional results.



Responsibilities



  2. Contract Support: Provide operational support at contract level, ensuring all requirements are met.
  3. Operational Planning: Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve contract performance goals.
  4. Client Interface: Develop strong relationships with clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  5. Team Management: Manage directly employed staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and retention.
  6. Budget Management: Collaborate with the Operations Director to manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze management information to inform strategic decisions.
  8. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for various departments within the company.
  9. Stock Control: Ensure accurate stock levels and products are maintained at all sites.
  10. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments as required and submit reports to the Health & Safety Focal Point.
  11. Site Setup: Assist with new client site meetings, setup, and provision of staff.
  12. Computer System Use: Utilize computer systems according to company procedures, including email.
  13. Training and Meetings: Participate in training and meetings as required.
