The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Together Dental. As a key member of our Practice Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient satisfaction and contributing to the success of our practice.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality reception and administration service, ensuring patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Manage patient appointments, bookings, and correspondence
  • Operate a computer-based system to manage patient records and practice administration
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the dental team
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective administration

Requirements

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with strong receptionist or administration experience. You will need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to use and operate a computer-based system
  • Knowledge of working with systems (advantageous)
