About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our Paediatric team at East Kent Hospitals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and their families in our acute paediatric areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice to improve patient care and safety.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our paediatric service strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's level qualification in Advanced Practice (Child Health) or a related field.
  • Significant experience of working in an acute paediatric area, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and development of our team.
