Job Description:

We are seeking an aspiring General Practice Surveyor who has recently graduated, looking for a fantastic opportunity in a reputable company that will provide you with full on the job training and get you RICS qualified after just 2 and a half years.

This company, founded in 1848, is a leading property consultancy for the whole of the South-West and has been continually growing, taking on the best new talent and training them to be highly skilled and well-rounded property consultants.

In this exciting role, you will be given full on the job training, working closely with senior members of the team to hone your skills and work towards your RICS qualification. You will be split between the Truro office and regular site visits on a weekly basis, conducting site surveys and inspections, meeting with clients and building a portfolio of properties under your control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and inspections
  • Meet with clients and build relationships
  • Work towards RICS qualification
  • Develop skills and knowledge in property consultancy

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a relevant degree
  • Aspiring General Practice Surveyor
  • Commutable to Truro

What We Offer:

  • Guaranteed pay increase annually for years 1-3
  • 9 - 5:30 Monday to Friday
