About the Job:

As a Glazing Equipment Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our glass production machinery. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a range of equipment, including automated Forel IGU lines and manual Bassra IGU lines.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards. In addition to your salary, you can expect a guaranteed 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and maintaining glass production machinery
  • Inspecting and testing the quality of glass products
  • Programming and adjusting machine settings as needed
  • Using manual equipment and precision instruments to measure and mark glass
  • Cutting glass according to specifications using water jet/CNC and I-CAM software
  • Installing glass to frames and other surfaces
