Care Assistant Volunteer

As a Care Assistant Volunteer, you will be responsible for building relationships with patients and their families to understand their needs and preferences. You will also work closely with our staff to deliver exceptional patient care and provide emotional support and companionship to patients who are experiencing difficulty coping with their illness.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is able to build rapport with patients and their families. You will need to be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of around £24,000-£27,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities.
