Job Description:

The Director of Healthcare Technology Systems will lead a Center of Excellence for a high-profile contract focused on healthcare technology. This role involves overseeing the deployment of analytical platforms and health tech products across healthcare trusts, guiding product development and operational strategy while managing a dedicated team.

This position requires strategic, cross-functional leadership with an in-depth understanding of the current healthcare digital landscape. The Director will play a pivotal role in building knowledge for the company, utilizing best practices, and developing thought leadership through case studies, articles, and social media.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years' experience in management consulting, particularly in the relevant field
  2. Proven experience running large-scale programs in digital, healthcare, or analytics fields
  3. Experience leading complex digital programs in healthcare settings
  4. Direct experience working within the NHS
  5. Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and levels
  6. Demonstrated versatility in contributing to digital, data, and program management efforts
  7. A strong understanding of health data
  8. Extensive project leadership experience
  9. Exceptional team management skills, including multi-disciplinary teams
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  11. People development skills
  12. Ability to delegate efficiently
  13. A strong network in the industry and/or proven sales and business development ability
  14. Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future
  15. Relevant degree or certification
  16. Flexibility to travel

Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience
