Project Coordinator Job Description

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in planning and executing projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely updates and progress.
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project milestones and deadlines.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting key actions and decisions.
  • Communicate project changes and updates to the Operations/QS Manager and Contracts Manager.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements, scope, and goals.
  • Manage document control, ensuring compliance with site project requirements and utilizing BIM360.
Requirements:
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management software a plus.
  • Familiarity with BIM360 is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good numeracy skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Basic knowledge of construction principles and practices.
  • A full, clean driving license is required.
