Project Coordinator Job Description

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in planning and executing projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely updates and progress.
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Report any project changes or issues to the Operations/QS Manager and Contracts Manager.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements, scope, and goals.
  • Manage document control in accordance with site project requirements, including the use of BIM360.
Requirements:
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with BIM360 is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Good numeracy skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Basic knowledge of construction and project management principles.
  • A full, clean driving license is required.
