Apprentice Multitrader

We are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on a new project in Nottingham and surrounding areas. They are seeking experienced Multi traders to join their expanding team, working on a long-term social housing contract.
Main Responsibilities- Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
- Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
- Remove loft insulation and lay new or relay existing insulation correctly.
- Apply new silicone in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Replace kitchen units and doors.
- Lay vinyl flooring and install wet room flooring.
- Decorate and plaster walls and ceilings.
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Multi trade experience.
- A full current driving licence.
- A DBS check is required prior to commencement.
