TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading organisation on a new project in the Nottingham area. The company is seeking experienced Multi Traders to join their expanding team, working on a long-term social housing contract. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site inspections using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
* Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
* Remove loft insulation and install new or relay existing insulation correctly.
* Apply new silicone in bathrooms and kitchens.
* Replace kitchen units and doors.
* Lay vinyl flooring and install wet room flooring with coving.
* Carry out decorating and plastering work, including skimming walls and ceilings.
Requirements:
* Multi trade experience.
* Full current driving licence.
* DBS check required before commencement of role.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
