Job Title: Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team at My1Login. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads and opportunities through multi-channel outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels to achieve maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and effective lead handover
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize demand generation activities
  • Manage and track lead lifecycle and conversion rates from inquiry to closed deal
  • Maintain and improve the content of the marketing website to enhance organic search performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation and digital marketing
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM software, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing
