Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Curve Group Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with PF Group and local compensation policies, maintaining governance and control. You will lead the annual Compensation Review Process (CRP), managing PFUK's salary and bonus budgets. Additionally, you will oversee compensation and benefits processes, including expatriate benefits, HMRC, and tax matters.
You will conduct salary benchmarking to support talent attraction and retention, ensuring pay equity. Your responsibilities will also include leading reward and benefit projects, including annual SIP and Bonus waiver processes. Furthermore, you will deliver the annual UK flexible benefits programme, Spectrum, with thorough testing and effective communication.
