We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Tradesperson to join our team at Great Places Housing Group.

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch maintenance services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair issues accurately and efficiently
• Implement responsive maintenance methods to achieve a 'first time fix' standard
• Optimise repair processes to make the most of our resources
• Efficiently handle job allocation and data management using our mobile working solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service, embodying respect and courtesy in every interaction
