Tradesperson Scheduler

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Repairs Planner to join our team. As a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling works for tradespeople, managing customer relationships, and resolving repair issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage work schedules for tradespeople, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective use of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex repair issues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to emergency repairs and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in Construction/NHS/New Build or Social Housing settings.

• An attractive salary package including an estimated £40,000 - £55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
