About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Claims Adjuster Assistant to join our team at Everpool. As a Claims Adjuster Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Loss Adjusters, ensuring the smooth running of high-value and complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Loss Adjusters to provide administrative assistance and ensure the efficient processing of claims.
  • Make regular calls to customers to update them on the progress of their claims.
  • Communicate with suppliers to chase progress on claims and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and send invoices for various stages of the claim process.
  • Assist with complaints and ensure that Loss Adjusters achieve resolution, follow-up action, and send relevant documentation to the correct parties.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in household claims, is highly desirable.

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
