Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead our technical department and drive the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team with a hands-on approach, providing technical and commissioning support for customer enquiries.
  • Support product selections, quotes, and tenders for customer projects, ensuring excellent standards of service.
  • Develop an after-sales service with sub-contractor partners for service calls and breakdowns.
  • Assist with project and after-sales operations, including warranty claims, product installations, and troubleshooting.
  • Support the product development process based on customer feedback.
Requirements
  • 18th edition qualified, with strong experience working on BMS controls.
  • Experience on HVAC equipment an advantage.
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to oversee project proposals, report on the department, and use in-house systems.
  • Flexible to travel to client sites as required.
What We Offer

A basic salary up to c£54k, car allowance of £7k per annum, pension, healthcare, and 28 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

Location

Ideally based within commutable distance to Burton, suitable towns/cities include Derby, Loughborough, Tamworth, Lichfield, Stafford, and surrounding areas.
