At Pertemps Crewe, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our workforce solutions provider, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing qualified candidates with our clients.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading company that delivers exceptional staffing solutions into businesses across various sectors. To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, excellent knowledge of the local market, and outstanding relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position. You will also possess in-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including:
