Coating Expert

SMarter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Coating Expert to join their team in Crewe. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coating services to our clients' trains.

Key duties include preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring all work meets our high standards. Additionally, you will need to mix paints and other materials according to specifications, operate hand tools and power tools safely, and perform basic math calculations for material quantities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in painting trains, with expertise in various techniques and materials.

We offer an estimated annual salary of £18,720 (based on a 40-hour week), plus a competitive shift allowance of £4,320 per year. This role provides opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic team environment.
