**Job Description:** Prison Wellbeing Coordinator

**Estimated Salary:** £25,154 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled Prison Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As a key member of our regional programmes health and wellbeing team, you will play a vital role in delivering support to prisoners aged 18 and over.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing support to prisoners aged 18 and over through wellbeing & recovery interventions and structured programmes.
  • Working with service user cohorts across the region to deliver comprehensive assessments and design SMART care plans.
  • Supporting programme delivery in various prisons, including HMP Highdown, HMP Downview, HMP Send, HMP Coldingley, and HMP Bronzefield.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of delivering wellbeing & recovery interventions and structured programmes to service users.
  • Knowledge of accredited treatment programmes.
  • A thorough knowledge of and commitment to the 12-step process of recovery from addiction.
  • A full UK driver's license.
