Job Title: Registered Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Home Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and support for young people with autism in our residential care homes.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people with autism.
  • Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and County Council requirements.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address areas for improvement.
  • Compile and submit quality of care reports to the business manager/directors.
  • Audit care-related documentation and provide support to staff.
  • Participate in CIW inspections and assist with compliance issues.
