Job Title: Human Resources People Services Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources People Services Delivery Lead to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in providing a professional and responsive HR service to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage recruitment campaigns, ensuring adherence to established procedures and delivering high-quality results.
  2. Conduct pre-employment checks for new recruits, ensuring legal compliance and supporting onboarding processes.
  3. Support HR support staff in delivering HR and business requirements effectively and in a timely manner.
  4. Provide information and guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and line managers.
  5. Coordinate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for the HR Directorate on a quarterly/monthly basis.
  6. Prepare business cases related to recruitment activities and manage recruitment budget expenditure.
  7. Act as a HR notetaker during formal meetings and provide support on staff casework issues.
  8. Maintain and review HR records to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
  9. Oversee the ONR Induction pack and implement feedback questionnaires.
  10. Provide HR panel member support for internal and external interviews.
  11. Offer reactive support for various work activities across functions.
Requirements:
  1. CIPD (level 3 or above) qualification strongly preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.
  3. Proven ability to articulate key messages clearly and confidently.
  4. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Demonstrable experience in identifying process improvements and simplifying procedures.
  6. Previous HR experience in the public sector (desirable).
  7. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft tools (desirable).
