Job Title: Senior Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at PayPoint Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategies and ensuring the effective implementation of our people-related initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior managers and executives on HR-related matters
  • Coach and develop HR professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements that enhance our HR practices
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of HR initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support our business goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
