Job Title: Senior Planner

Colliers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our UK Planning Team in Edinburgh. As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning services to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional work for clients and meet reporting requirements within agreed deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with Colliers' Best Practice standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the UK, including travel for site visits and meetings.
  • Assist junior staff members with their professional development.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to contribute to the team's fee income targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of English and Scottish planning systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and IT skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications and membership in professional planning or surveying bodies.
  • A valid driving license or the process of obtaining one.
