Job Description

Artemis Human Capital is recruiting an experienced Business Banking Manager to cover the Lisburn, Armagh, Portadown and Newry region. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and commercial team focused on driving profitability and expanding market share.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in lending and credit management, with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. They will be able to work autonomously or within a team to execute strategic plans that drive and sustain business growth.

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, as well as a generous holiday entitlement and pension scheme. Additionally, the company offers hybrid working and flexibility around working hours, as well as access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lending portfolios and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lend to SMEs and property developers, structuring deals and assessing risk.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including intermediaries and suppliers.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality credit applications that meet strict credit and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Business Manager to achieve annual business targets.
