Quality Administrator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Questionnaires and Documentation: Accurately complete customer questionnaires and documentation to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Customer Queries and Support: Respond promptly and efficiently to customer technical and quality-related queries, providing guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the company, fostering a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our company's product range, including materials and specifications.
  • Quality Systems and Protocols: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our company's quality systems and protocols through comprehensive training provided by the company.
Requirements:
  • Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential for this role.
  • Previous Office Experience: Previous office experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Reliability and Problem-Solving Skills: Reliable with strong common-sense problem-solving skills to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
