Part Time Quality Coordinator

As a Quality Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between our company and its customers, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Questionnaires and Documentation: Accurately complete customer questionnaires and documentation to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Customer Queries and Support: Respond promptly and efficiently to customer technical and quality-related queries, providing guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the company, fostering a culture of excellence and quality.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our company's product range, including materials and specifications.
- Quality Systems and Protocols: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our company's quality systems and protocols through comprehensive training provided by the company.
- Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential for this role.
- Previous Office Experience: Previous office experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
