Job Title: Landscaping Support Specialist
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Support Specialist to join our team at Wimbledon. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Tournament overlay across all venues. This includes planting and plant management, maintaining health, safety, and security in the workplace, and offering flexibility to work across the Horticultural Services Department and Groundstaff Department as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, with experience of operating machinery such as forklifts and MEWPs. A current full driving licence is also essential. The role requires the ability to work in accordance with a rota and shift pattern, including additional hours, days, weekends, and evenings.

The successful applicant will be part of a team that designs and delivers the landscaping at Wimbledon, enhancing the experience for spectators, members, and visitors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about horticulture and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Planting and plant management to include feeding, watering, weeding, clearing, pruning, strimming, blowing, and hedge cutting across all venues.
* Maintaining health, safety, and security in the workplace and complying with company procedures and guidelines, including manual handling procedures.
* Offering flexibility to work across the Horticultural Services Department and Groundstaff Department as required across all venues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* RHS Level 2 Horticultural qualification or equivalent.
* Experience of operating machinery such as forklifts and MEWPs.
* Current full driving licence.
* Horticultural knowledge and practical experience gained in a professional environment.
