Head of Compliance Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our business complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure the business is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing Compliance advice to the Board and assist with the firm's Risk Appetite Statement, Operational Risk and Liquidity Risk Management programmes.
  • Review the adequacy of EDD, CDD, KYC and KYB other related processes as well as the overall AML/CTF framework and provide ongoing assessment of Financial Crime risks facing the business.
  • Manage and develop a team of Compliance specialists to ensure the business is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of senior stakeholder engagement and team management and development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Experience gained within the Investment Management arena.
  • Happy working in a hands-on manner.
