An experienced Part-Time Finance Administrator is required by our client, a well-established Investment Management and Financial Planning firm in Harrogate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with experience in payment processing and transfers. Knowledge of banking platforms such as HSBC.net or Barclays.net would be beneficial.
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work in a challenging financial environment. As a Part-Time Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Client Money Calculation
- Check HSBC Net – allocate cash received
- Auto Settlement
- Market Maker Payments & Receipts
- Income Payment Routine
- Standing Order Routine
- Setting up Standing Orders & Income Payments
- Daily Payments BACS, CHAPS & Cheques
- Posting POOL Cheques – Client & Transfers In
- Posting ISA Cheques – Transfers In
- Posting Commission Cheques/BACS
- Posting Adhoc Fees
- Re-Credit Fees
- Posting CFPL Adhoc Fees
- Cancelling Cheques
- Processing Tax / Probate Invoices
- Dividend Processing
- Crest Cash Dividends
- ISA Subscriptions / Withdrawals
- Posting Events
- Banking
- Ad-Hoc Cash Statements
- End of Day Procedure: Check RQQ1 / RQQ, Negative Balances Movement, Redmayne Bentley Check, Daily Commission Transfer
