Podiatrist for High-Risk Patient Care

We are seeking an experienced HCPC registered Podiatrist to join our community podiatry teams in Greenwich and Bexley. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and excellent customer service to clients in community clinics, their homes, and care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide assessment and treatment of high-risk patients, including wound dressings, scalpel debridement, and care of foot problems resulting from neglect or lack of self-care.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to improving foot pathology.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Holds current HCPC registration as a Podiatrist.
  • BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Band 5 Podiatrist, preferably within the NHS.
  • Previous experience in wound care and domiciliary/nursing home settings is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
