About the Role:

BAE Systems is seeking a skilled EMC engineer to join our team. As an EMC engineer, you will be responsible for providing support to project leaders and undertaking specialist testing of systems, subsystems, and components in support of achieving contractual compliance for EMC design.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct EMC testing and ensure it meets required standards
  • Complete tests to demonstrate system compliance with EMC standards
  • Implement system mitigation to meet EMC standards
  • Collaborate with other engineers at various levels on the team working on EMC testing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • HNC or equivalent experience in engineering
  • Experience of EMC testing
  • Good knowledge of IT/Skills/MS Office
  • Proven experience with technical reporting
  • Knowledge of EMC defence standards would be an advantage
