Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Personal Care Support Worker to join our team at Health Your Way. As a Personal Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to an individual with epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of personal care, including medication management and administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting a sense of calm and well-being
  • Encourage and support the individual in their daily routine, including exercise and leisure activities
  • Communicate effectively with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration and other important information

Requirements

  • Previous experience in 1:1 support, preferably with individuals with epilepsy
  • Full and clean driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
