Dispensary Associate

Job Summary:

The Dispensary Associate is a key member of the Trulieve team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their cannabis journey. This role requires a strong understanding of cannabis products and their effects, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic and compassionate service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
• Assist customers with product selection, answering questions and providing information on cannabis benefits and potential side effects.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail and/or customer service a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license (for delivery associate role).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information.

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours depending on store needs, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position will work up to 25 hours per week and will be available 'after hours' based on business needs.
