Job Description: As a dynamic self-starter with a contracting mindset, you will be responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your sector experience and commitment to relocation will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant sector experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Able to relocate to the Channel Islands
