Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality food and dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
* Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to a high standard
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our residents receive a seamless and enjoyable dining experience
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a chef in a similar role
* A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and a minimum of an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
