Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of meals to meet the dietary needs of our residents
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Collaborate with our care team to understand resident preferences and dietary requirements
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
