We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Transformation Lead to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading transformation work across our organization, focusing on the development and delivery of a model of prehabilitation for cancer patients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be employed as a Senior Specialist Therapist and will lead the project for 12 months. Your primary responsibility will be to scope existing services that can be accessed within primary and secondary care by cancer patients, with the aim of developing a model of prehabilitation that optimizes patients' health and wellbeing before, during, and after primary cancer treatment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Scope existing services that can be accessed within primary and secondary care by cancer patients
  • Develop a model of prehabilitation that optimizes patients' health and wellbeing
  • Lead the project and work closely with the team to achieve the desired outcomes
Requirements
  • BSc or Diploma in Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Completed or willing to work towards an MSc if available or relevant post-graduate courses at masters level
  • Formal leadership training
  • Formal service improvement training
