Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Parkwood Holdings Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of grounds maintenance professionals in the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and grounds maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will be a confident leader with excellent people management skills, able to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of grounds maintenance professionals in the delivery of programmed maintenance services
  • Take responsibility for the effective management of time, productivity, and workforce discipline
  • Operate and ensure others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care
  • Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required by the Contracts Manager
