Job RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients in London Borough of Hackney or Islington, providing them with personalized support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life.
- Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions.
- Provide companionship, home help, and personal care to our clients.
- Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.
- A willingness to undergo a full DBS check.
- No care qualifications or formal experience are necessary, as we provide award-winning training.
- Prior experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, or caring for a loved one is desirable.
- A range of working patterns, including morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and night shifts.
- Award-winning training.
