Here at Peabody, we have opportunities for **Support Workers** in **Mental Health** to join our amazing team, working on a permanent basis at our Hackney Schemes in Northeast London.
Hours; **37.5 hours per week; **7.5 hours per day**, **_rota basis between 8am to 10pm including weekends or between 8.30am - 8pm Monday to Friday including one Saturday (9am - 5pm) in a 10 week period._

**A bit about the role**:
As a **Support Worker, Mental Health**, you will deliver high quality and effective support services, which promote the _independence_, _wellbeing_ and _inclusion _of customers.

**Some of the key results for the role include: **
- Working with our customers in a person centred, recovery focused and trauma informed way. Carrying out needs and risk assessment, complete support plans, provide support along with carrying out regular review. Supporting customers to sustain their tenancy, identify and move onto housing which best meets their needs. Liaising promptly with colleagues, partner agencies and other stakeholders regarding safeguarding, welfare, and risk concerns. Being comfortable working autonomously as well as in a group setting. Proactively researching and promoting local resources to customers, working with internal and external services. Demonstrating excellent time management skills and prioritising tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to details.
