Sales Negotiator

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers and negotiate deals to secure new business and maintain current client relationships.
- Sell Watson Fuelcard services to generate new and repeat business.
- Negotiate cost with customers independently or under the direction of the Sales Manager.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Be the dedicated point of contact for customers, building a relationship to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and accounts are profitable.
- Manage customer litres to ensure they are drawing to full potential.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the business.
- Deal with customer queries and exhibit the highest standards of customer service.
Person Specification (Background and Skills):
- Sales/Account Management experience.
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers.
- Ability to drive business forward.
