Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an audit trail of decisions, assumptions, and outstanding questions to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with colleagues to inform iterations of the domain roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the Domain Principal Analyst in their strategic work, providing expertise in business analysis and process improvement.
- Identify new process and customer opportunities, working closely with the business change teams to implement changes.
- Support the development teams' Product and Agile leads in their tactical and strategic work, ensuring solutions meet customer and organisational needs.
- Actively participate in the Business Analysis practice, sharing best practice techniques and domain progress.
- Support junior staff with their development and upskilling, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
Essential Skills
- Confident facilitating detailed collaborative workshops with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative mindset, seeking advice and input from a wide array of stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Agile approaches in the design and delivery of digital services.
- Ability to support decision-making processes through effective synthesis of information.
- Experience synthesising complex information into clear and compelling visual stories.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
Desirable Skills
- Working knowledge of Business Canvas Modelling, Value Proposition Design, or Wardley map techniques.
- Experience with prioritisation techniques such as cost of delay or similar.
- An understanding of systems architectures in transition.
- Familiarity with creation of conceptual wireframes.
- Development of Personas, customer journeys, and service blueprints.
- Use of Google's suite of web analytics software.
- Writing of user stories and formal acceptance criteria.
- Background in lean UX, six-sigma, system thinking approaches, or similar.
- Formal qualification with IIBA or similar body.
