We're looking for a skilled Paid Social Director to join our team and drive our paid social media campaigns forward. As the Paid Social Director, you'll be responsible for leading our paid social media strategies across various platforms and overseeing their implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform and optimize paid social media campaigns, driving maximum ROI for our clients.
  • Work closely with the client servicing team to develop and execute paid social media plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of paid social specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure campaign success and professional growth.
  • Oversight of planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests for each campaign.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising, and share insights with the team and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all paid social media-related inquiries, updates, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing a team of paid social specialists.
  • Deep understanding of paid social media platforms, algorithms, targeting options, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using social media advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and social media.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Our competitive salary package is estimated at £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
