About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as an Implementation Project Manager - CRM. As a key member of our Operations & Implementation Director's team, you will lead a small Project Support team and be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of new services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of work streams.
  • Monitor project governance and controls, ensuring all documentation is completed and communicated.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers, suppliers, external parties, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Account team for a smooth transition from implementation to Business As Usual (BAU).
  • Identify risks early, propose contingency plans and solutions, and raise them with the client.

Requirements:

  • Project Management qualification (Prince/agile/sprint/lean or equivalent)
  • Previous experience leading the implementations of multiple Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Windows applications, including Outlook, Word, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
