Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external parties to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of work streams.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Account team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to BAU (Business As Usual).
  • Identify and mitigate risks, propose contingency plans, and escalate issues effectively to the client.

Requirements:

  • Project Management qualification (Prince/agile/sprint/lean or equivalent)
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Good IT skills; Windows applications – Outlook, Word, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
