Manufacturing Process Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Shift Coordinator to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing an area of the production process, leading a team of operatives to ensure that KPIs and customer expectations are met.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to meet shift KPIs and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity, teamwork, and employee engagement
- Schedule tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Liaise with other departments to meet production targets and maintain health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution centre environment
- Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment
- Experience in an FMCG food manufacturing environment
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
